Affiliate Terms

Effective September 20, 2026. Version affiliate-terms-2026-09-20. These terms work with the Terms of Use and the accepted affiliate program schedule.

Commission Formula

Shown in the affiliate dashboard or accepted program schedule when approved.

Qualifying Event

A referral must meet the approved program requirements before commission is earned.

Attribution

Use your assigned referral link. Duplicate leads, existing customers, self-referrals, and multiple referrers are reviewed under the published program rules.

Payout Timing

Payout timing, method, minimums, reversals, and disputes follow the accepted program schedule.

Program And Approval

These Affiliate Terms apply to approved 5 Star Processing affiliate referral accounts. Submitting an affiliate application does not guarantee acceptance.

Independent Referral Relationship

Affiliates introduce prospective business customers. Affiliates may not bind 5 Star Processing, a processor, or a bank, and may not promise approval, rates, funding, savings, or earnings.

Attribution And Eligibility

Use only the referral link assigned to your approved account. A click, signup, or approval is not automatically an earned commission unless it meets the program schedule.

Marketing And Disclosures

Use truthful, current, approved materials. Clearly disclose your financial referral relationship where appropriate, for example: I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link and meet the program requirements.

Permitted Outreach

Contact prospects only through lawful and appropriate channels. Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, fake applications, unauthorized brand bidding, or confidential information you are not authorized to submit.

Program Changes And Termination

Material program changes should identify their effective date. Compensation changes apply prospectively unless a specific accepted schedule says otherwise.
