Who These Terms Cover
These Terms of Use apply to the 5 Star Processing website, account portals, application tools, document uploads, referral tools, and support features. Specific merchant services, banking, processing, equipment, credit-related programs, or affiliate compensation may require separate written agreements.
Eligibility And Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business or person whose information you submit. You agree to provide accurate information and keep account details current.
Applications And Review
Submitting an application or document through the portal is a request for review. It does not guarantee approval, activation, funding, a specific rate, a credit outcome, or a merchant account.
Sensitive Authorizations
Any credit report, ACH debit, banking authorization, personal guarantee, equipment agreement, or other sensitive authorization must be presented in its own service-specific agreement or form. These general portal terms do not create those authorizations by themselves.
Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential. Use the portal only for authorized business purposes and notify 5 Star Processing if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Uploads, Messages, And Permitted Use
You keep your rights in submitted content. 5 Star Processing may host, process, display to authorized users, and transmit submitted content as needed to operate the portal, administer applications and referrals, provide support, and meet applicable obligations.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site or portal to commit fraud, impersonate others, upload malicious content, harass anyone, send unlawful unsolicited messages, or access information you are not authorized to access.
Referrals And Marketing
Affiliate or agent participation requires approval and the applicable program terms. Use only truthful, current, approved marketing materials and disclose any financial referral relationship where required.
Third-Party Services
Some services are supplied or controlled by processors, banks, gateways, equipment providers, reporting agencies, and other third parties. Their rules and agreements may control approval, reserves, settlement timing, chargebacks, equipment, and service availability.
Support And Changes
Portal features may change as the service improves or as provider requirements change. Support availability is shown in the applicable portal or service materials.
